If you are a MacTel patient, cover 1 eye and start countdown timer for dark adaptation. Uncover the eye and cover the other eye at end of countdown's beep, and stare at the dot in the center.
If you are not a MacTel patient, cover 1 eye and stare at the dot in the center
If the lines appear wavy, distored, dim, obscured or missing, please contact your ophthalmologist
Outline or draw the distorted areas with your finger or mouse.
If there are unusual colors, please use the color picker to choose closest corresponding color, and contact your ophthalmologist
